Our Project


IT Satellite town – 2 is located in National Highway -207, Attached to 10 Lane Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), Near Bangalore Rural DC office, Devanahalli. This place is rapidly developing sector which includes many industrial, infrastructural projects which elevates the economic growth of the sector.

The proposed Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) by KIADB is just 500 meters away from our project. ITIR houses major IT giants which will be the biggest employment generation hub in days to come. This will create huge demand for housing in surrounding and elevates the growth this region.

The location is already surrounded by many educational and Government institutions. DC office and Gitam University is just 500 meters away from our project.

Realizing the needs of middle class segment, and keeping in mind the prevailing land price and approval process, we are trying to provide the sites at a very affordable and competitive rate of Rs 1095/- per Sqft STRR APPROVAL (SATELLITE TOWN RING ROAD PLANING AUTHORITY).

Payment Details:

Interested site aspirants are requested to apply in the prescribed application available in the society office. The completed application along with the necessary enclosures may be submitted to the society. Payable in the form of CTS cheque / DD drawn in favour of “Central Govt. Telecom Railway & IT House Building Co-operative Society Ltd.,” payable at Bengaluru per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.
The society is proposed to collect the deposit in installments progressively in proportion on 6 months interval.
Note : No Cash Transactions are allowed.

One Time Membership Fee:

Along with the 1st installment a Membership Fee of Rs 3600/-. (Share Amount Rs. 2000, Building Fund Rs. 1000, Share Fees Rs. 200, Admission Fee Rs. 200 and Application Fee Rs. 200)

Allotment:

The allotment of sites will be as per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.

Proposed Trident 5 Star hotel in Devanahalli near BIAL. The Government of Karnataka has also proposed setting up an entertainment park named ‘Space City’ along the lines of Disneyland in Bangalore.
