Our Project


Telecom Smart City: Project is located at Bagalur, in midst of the IT/BT and Aerospace Park, this Township brings you luxurious plots at highly affordable prices. Cost of Site:

Realizing the needs of middle class segment, and keeping in mind the prevailing land price and approval process, we are trying to provide the sites at a very affordable and competitive rate of Rs 1499/- per Sqft with BIAAPA Approval.

Payment Details:

Interested site aspirants are requested to apply in the prescribed application available in the society office. The completed application along with the necessary enclosures may be submitted to the society. Payable in the form of CTS cheque / DD drawn in favour of “Central Govt. Telecom Railway & IT House Building Co-operative Society Ltd.,” payable at Bengaluru per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.
The society is proposed to collect the deposit in installments progressively in proportion on 6 months interval.
Note : No Cash Transactions are allowed.

One Time Membership Fee:

Along with the 1st installment a Membership Fee of Rs 3600/-. (Share Amount Rs. 2000, Building Fund Rs. 1000, Share Fees Rs. 200, Admission Fee Rs. 200 and Application Fee Rs. 200)

Allotment:

The allotment of sites will be as per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.

Manipal Education is setting up a 200 acre university campus Around the airport and the government has sanctioned construction of the biggest convention centre that will house two 5 star hotels on approximately 35 acres of land. Over 55 multinational IT companies have shown interest in the BIAL Investment Region a mammoth 12000 acres project near BAIL. Infosys Technologies has signed a MOU for a 40-acre unit at Devanahalli with a proposed investment of Rs.700 crores, providing 12,000 jobs while Wipro’s SEZ in the same area will employ 15,000 at an investment of Rs. 477 crores. Proposed Trident 5 Star hotel in Devanahalli near BIAL. The Government of Karnataka has also proposed setting up an entertainment park named ‘Space City’ along the lines of Disneyland in Bangalore. The presence of such an entertainment attraction would confirm Bangalore’s status as a city that is gradually emerging on a global front. Proposed Peripheral Ring Road, Intermediate Ring Road & Satellite ring road would improve connectivity from airport to different parts of Bangalore.
