The above points are Approved by members in AGB.
During the AGB, member M-253 Arun.A.V , asked for current progress of the TSC-1 project . Member M-162 P.Manohar , asked about the total land details of TSC-1. Member M-241 Thirumalesh.C asked about when will the first phase of TSC-1 allotment start. Member M-301 K.Ramachandra asked to view the Land conversion papers of TSC-1. Member M-109 Prakash.M asked for future plans of other new projects that would be taken up by CGTRIT
For the members queries, the combined forum of CGTRIT and Purvacity provided the following response.
For the TSC-1 project, upto 30 acres of land is been applied for DC conversion after completing the Land conversion stage. Further procurement of land upto another 30 acres and parallely applying for Land conversion process is in progress. Adding to this, the first slot of allotment would take place by end of 2020 after the completion of DC conversion, Plan approval from the concerned departments and the initiation of the Land Development process.
A new project TSC-2 has been launched on Doddaballapur road , the details of which was provided.
