TELECOM SMART CITY – 3 : Project is Located at Bagalur & Budigere Town, Near KIADB Park in midst of the IT/BT and Aerospace Park, this Township brings you luxurious plots at highly affordable prices.
The Township is well connected to major areas of the city like, Yelahanka, WhiteField, ITPL, Hoskote and Devanahalli Railway Station is surrounded by Top MNC’S adjacent to the Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL), etc.

Cost of Site:
Realizing the needs of middle class segment, and keeping in the mind the prevailing land price and approval process, we are trying to provide the sites at a very affordable and competitive Rate of Rs. 1999/- p.sqft. with BIAAPA ‘A’ KHATA/BMRDA/STRR APPROVAL (SATELLITE TOWN RING ROAD PLANING AUTHORITY).
Payment Details:
Interested site aspirants are requested to apply in the prescribed application available at the developer and society office. The completed application along with the necessary enclosures may be submitted to the society. Payable in the form of CTS cheque / DD /NEFT/RTGS and IMPS drawn in favour of “Central Govt. Telecom Railway & IT House Building Co-operative Society Ltd./ TSC3” payable at Bengaluru as per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.
The society is proposed to collect the deposit in installments progressively in proportion on 6 (Six)months interval.
Note : No Cash Transactions are allowed.
One Time Membership Fee:
Along with the 1st installment a Membership Fee of Rs 3600/-. (Share Amount Rs. 2000, Building Fund Rs. 1000, Share Fees Rs. 200, Admission Fee Rs. 200 and Application Fee Rs. 200)
Allotment:
The allotment of sites will be as per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.
